development needs in junior high schools in West Sumatra.
Organizational development is a continuous process to improve
organizational effectiveness. In the school environment,
organizational development is becoming increasingly important
in facing global challenges and the need to improve the quality
of education. Analysis of organizational development needs in
schools is a very crucial first step in identifying areas that need
improvement and determining the right investment strategy. The
research method used was a quantitative method with 20
respondents. Through the results of a comprehensive needs
analysis, schools can build effective organizational development
programs to improve the quality of education, improve teacher
and student performance, and create a more conducive learning
environment. Organizational development based on needs
analysis will help schools achieve their goals and contribute to
improving the overall quality of education.
